I referred my daughter to The Discovery Portal a few years ago because she was dealing with a lot of feelings of anxiety and depression. She had been to therapists and done a lot of work on herself, but she didn’t have the right coping skills or any daily practices for true self cultivation and healing. Because of Susan Lake and The Discovery Portal, she completely changed her life and has become the healthiest, happiest most authentic version of herself.
