We offer free fishing events for children with intellectual/developmental disabilities and their families at local lakes. Fishing helps improve problem solving capabilities by building cognitive thinking skills. They increase learning capabilities by fostering patience, coordination, and teamwork. It has proven to be a great way to build self esteem by improving self confidence. It is an excellent way for the whole family to work together and enjoy each others company.

We offer a minimum of 4 events a year and serve 40 children and their families at each event. Each event includes, fishing, activities, and lunch for the whole family.
